Pierre has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and investment fund industry. As former partner at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg (2002 – 2012), he led the firm’s advisory services for Real Estate and Private Equity funds, prior to which he held managerial positions at Arthur Andersen and Arthur D. Little. Pierre began his career as a Fund and Portfolio Manager for institutional clients with UBS Bank and has a doctorate in Finance (Dr. rer. pol.), University of Trier (Germany); as well as a Master in Economics from the University of Strasbourg (France).

Christian is Managing Director and General Counsel at FundRock LIS. Before joining FundRock LIS in 2016, Christian worked 14 years as a private practice lawyer in leading law firms, including five years as M&A lawyer with De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (Paris) and nine years as fund lawyer with Linklaters (Luxembourg). He also worked in London and Hong-Kong. In addition to the Bar School, Christian graduated from the Paris-Assas University (DEA in general private law) and from the EDHEC Business School (diplôme grande école). Christian is a member of several industry committees and a regular speaker at industry events.

Ralph is responsible for Risk Management and Valuation. He joined FundRock LIS from First Climate Asset Management S.A., where he was managing director. Prior to that, Ralph spent many years in Senior Risk Management and managerial positions at leading property specialist bank Aareal Bank, Dublin Branch, and Hypo Pfandbrief Bank International S.A. Ralph holds a degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim (Germany).

Ivano is a Managing Director and responsible for the Investment Management function of FundRock LIS. Ivano has 15 years of experience in the investment and fund management industry and, prior to joining FundRock LIS in 2013, held various roles at JP Morgan and most recently at the European Investment Fund. He is a board member of a number of regulated, Luxembourg-based investment funds focusing on private equity and real estate strategies. Ivano holds a degree in Computer and Electronic Engineering and a Master in Engineering and Management from Brunel University (United Kingdom).

Diana is Director Client Service Management of FundRock LIS. She has 8 years of experience in the private equity and real estate in Luxembourg, having worked as Financial Analyst and Product Manager. Diana has a master’s degree in Business Administration, specialized in Financial Management from the University of Trier.

Franck joined FundRock LIS in June 2024 from FundRock where he was Head of Alternative Investments. He has has over 12 years’ of experience in the financial services sector. Before joining FundRock, Franck held numerous roles in UBS Asset Management in Chicago, including that of Investment Risk Manager for Alternative Investments specializing in the management of Hedge Funds, Funds of Hedge Funds, Real Estate and Infrastructure. Franck has been Analyst for UBS Global Investment Solutions for two years, covering US Pension Funds. He has also worked in UBS Fund Services and in CACEIS within their pricing departments, valuing complex derivative instruments and other ‘exotic products’. Franck holds a Masters degree in Finance from the Ecole Superieure de Management in Metz and an Engineering Diploma from the Ecole Nationale d’Ingenieurs de Metz.

Marc is a director and responsible for Operations. Prior to FundRock LIS, Marc worked for more than ten years at the Fund Management Company HSBC Trinkaus Investment Managers S.A. in Luxembourg. He was Chief Operating Officer for more than five of those years. Marc holds a degree as Bankfachwirt from the Frankfurt School of Finance.

Susanne is Director Finance with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial controlling. For 8 years, she worked as Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting at Landesbank Berlin International S.A.. Following this, she worked at LBBW Luxemburg S.A. in the Financial Controlling department. Education and qualifications: University degree in economics (European Business Management), Certified Company Accountant and International Accountant (IFRS).
